All sales of autographed and personalized copies of TeeTee's World Adventure are final and non-returnable. Each book is personally signed by Twanisha "TeeTee" Terry, making it a one of a kind collectible item. Because of this customization, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless your book arrives damaged or defective. 

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos so we can make it right. 

If you have not received your order, please contact us within 30 days of the shipment date so we can review the available tracking information and assist with determining what may have happened. Shipping issues reported more than 30 days after the shipment date may not be eligible for investigation, replacement, refund, or store credit, as tracking information and carrier records may no longer be available.
